He is an active member of the IEEE, serving on various standards, conference, and local section executive committees over the last 15 years. Mark holds BSc degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Saskatchewan and is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
